On January 22nd, 2021 MajorVoice will finally release its long awaited 3rd album „Morgenrot“, which, compared to its previous albums, has a German name for the first time. In addition to English-language titles, the new long player by the powerful-voiced exceptional artist also contains four German tracks. Some of the new songs are penned by MajorVoice himself.
On “Morgenrot” MajorVoice tells about difficult relationships, heartbreak, the belief in true love and about the fact that dreams can come true. Even the opener creates goosebumps. The album was produced in the Hamburg Chameleon Studios by none other than Lord of the Lost frontman Chris Harms.
In “Die Ganze Zeit” MajorVoice tells of a couple who actually did everything for each other and in the end still have to find out that both of them have lied to themselves and the other person all along and a separation is inevitable. The song is a soulful heartbreak ballad that painfully shows how fragile the precious good of love is.
„Leah“ is a musical lovesick crime crime story as it could be written in a detective novel. Leah is killed and MajorVoice musically slips into the role of the grieving widower. Full of desperation and with a vocal brilliance that is second to none, the phenomenal operatic bass praises the murdered beauty. A song that simply moves to tears.
The first single „Sunbed In The Rain“, released in September 2020, is about the fact that life doesn’t always go the way you would like it to and that it is still worth getting up and facing your karma. The song hits the zeitgeist more than ever and raises hope that the sun will shine again after the rain. A true power ballad, with which MajorVoice encourages the listener never to give up. The song comes from the pen of MONO INC. frontman Martin Engler.
Deeply emotional lyrics paired with MajorVoice incomparable powerful opera bass and a coat of instrumental music perfectly arranged down to the smallest detail make“Morgenrot ”a journey through the world of emotions, which is both timeless and heart-touching. The lord of the monumental hymns, as well as the soft tones, has created an album on which everyone is sure to find their own personal story.
In order to give its fans a very special pleasure at the beginning of the new year, MajorVoice has decided to publish a „Morgenrot“ fan box, strictly limited to 500 pieces.
